- Harmala (Peganum harmala): 78.95 mg
- Mace (Myristica fragrans) arillus: 78.95 mg
- Nutmeg (Myristica fragrans) fruit: 78.95 mg
- Clove (Syzygium aromaticum): 78.95 mg
- Sesame (Sesamum indicum): 105.26 mg
- Cinnamon (Cinnamomum zeylanicum): 78.95 mg
Indications
Espand is indicated in-
- Spermatorrhoea
- Premature ejaculation
- Excessive Nocturnal emission
- Nervous debility
- Sexual debility
- General debility
- Gonorrhoea
Pharmacology
This is a unique unani medicine prepared with the various natural active ingredients, which is highly effective in the treatment of spermatorrhoea, premature ejaculation and excessive nocturnal emission. It combats sexual debility and nervous debility.
Dosage & Administration
2 tablets twice daily or as prescribed by the physicians.
