Use & application: Rinse (gargle) with full strength lister whitening plus for 30 seconds with 20ml (with the help of supplied cup) two times daily (morning and evening). Do not swallow. Don’t eat or drink within 30 minutes after rinsing with lister whitening plus restoring.
