NOIR Whitening 10mg Cream.

Hydroquinone BP 40mg/gm (or 4%): cream preparation.

Ind: It is indicated for the gradual bleaching of hyperpigmented skin conditions such as chloas­ma, melasma, freckles, senile lentigines and other unwanted areas of melanin hyperpigmentation; to reduce hyperpigmentation caused by photosensi­tization associated with inflammation of skin with the use of certain cosmetics.

Pregnancy <& lactation: See above under the text of hydroquinone.

Dosage & Admin: As, there is no sunblocking or sunscreening agents in this cream prepara­tion, it should be used only at night or on areas of the body covered by protective cloth­ing. It should be applied to the affected area twice daily or as dirceted by the physician. Do not rub in. After clearing and during mainte­nance therapy, sun exposure should be avoid­ed on bleached skin by application of a sun­screen, or protective clothing to prevent repigmentation.

If no bleaching or lightening effect is noted after 2 months of treatment, the medication should be discontinued.
