Indications of Algex

Hyperacidity, peptic ulcer, gastritis, heartburn, sour stomach, and dyspepsia are all conditions that Aluminium Hydroxide and Magnesium Hydroxide can help with.

Pharmaceutical Name

Doctor’s Chemical Works Ltd

Pharmacology

Algex is a well-balanced combination of non-systemic antacids that are both effective and pleasant to take. These are safe antacids that don't cause acid reflux, constipation, or cathartic effects. Both remedies relieve the symptoms of hyperacidity caused by heartburn, acid intake, or a sour stomach.

Aluminium hydroxide gel has a high neutralizing power as a slow-acting antacid and adsorbent with a long-lasting action. Magnesium Hydroxide has a slow yet long-lasting acid neutralizing effect. Both tablet and suspension antacids have adsorbent properties. They produce a protective layer over the ulcer's surface, allowing it to heal more quickly and shielding the stomach and duodenum's sensitive mucosa from further aggravation.
